Madison Street Preschool is a special place where children come, and have been coming since 1971, from 9:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Though we are a school where children learn about shapes, colors, letters, numbers and other important fundamentals, the emphasis of our school is on play, having fun and broadening their horizons. Music, artwork, story-time, field trips, and many other special activities offer the children opportunities to interact with others, to listen and follow directions, to share, to cooperate, to grow in self-control, and to learn about themselves and the world in which they live. We follow a Christian based Curriculum designed specifically for each age group. Your child will be having fun and learning the tools needed to excel into elementary school.
At Madison Street Preschool the curriculum and activities are geared to the different age levels so that your child will have a positive, rewarding experience.
Our staff is eager to introduce the children to painting, clay, cooking and cutting. We believe since children are little for such a short time, that they should have fun while learning.
